The Law Firm of Grzegorz Kantecki is an independent law office that has been providing services to both entrepreneurs and private individuals since 2010.

The Law Firm works with a team of trainee attorneys-at-law and advocates. If it is required by the nature or size of a given assignment, the Law Firm uses support of specialists from partner law firms and tax advisors. The Law Firm strictly complies with the obligation to keep a professional secret under the Attorney-at-law Act of 6 July 1982. We guarantee that all details related to the cases of our Clients will be subject to professional secret in the whole, both in the course of the cooperation and thereafter.

The Law Firm is listed in the registry of entities performing professional lobbying activities run by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration.

The Law Firm is entitled to act as a receiver in insolvency proceedings and to act as restructuring supervisor and administrator in restructuring proceedings. Moreover, the Law Firm is authorized to provide restructuring advisory including issuing legal advice, opinions and explanations and rendering other services related to restructuring and insolvency.

The Law Firm has a compulsory professional liability insurance in the amount exceeding PLN 1,500,000.
